Hi all,
Here is the solution to the issue:
-Uninstall TestComplete
-Delete C:\Program Files (x86)\SmartBear\TestComplete 12 folder
-Delete C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\SmartBear
-Reboot
-Re-install TestComplete
