Variant or safe array index out of bounds. Error when opening a project

Hi Guys,   I'm currently facing an issue when opening a project. I keep getting "Variant or safe array index out of bounds." and the message will not go away, each time I click OK it keeps coming...

Gut feeling.

When checking in source code for your project, something "auto-merged" that messed up one of the files.  Go into your source control and work your way back through change sets until you find one that works.
