Validate text objext of report exported to Microsoft Word 2010

Question

Hello,&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; My application generates a report of wndClass "ALT:04B58C98". When I spy it shows 0 child count. I tried text recognition but could not spy the content present in the report. I actually want to validate the text and its color in that report.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; When I export the report to Microsoft Word 2010 and spy using text recognition, only some of the text objects are beign spied. Among those of spied do not have anything in text property ie,. I am unable to retrieve the text.&nbsp;&nbsp;I even want to validate the text and its color in thisreport exported to &nbsp;Microsoft Word 2010.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;How can I find a solution for above road block?Regards,&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; Nimeshika&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

Hi Nimeshika, &nbsp; Try using the MSAA or UI Automation technology to recognize more objects. For this, you need to add the class name of your window to the corresponding project settings: &nbsp;-- "Project Properties - MSAA Options" &nbsp;-- "Project Properties - UI Automation Options" &nbsp;
