Using VMWare COM API in TestComplete

The dll does work from my script without error when I have only dotNet 2 installed. I then reinstalled dotNet 3.5 SP1 and it still works.  I suppose I should go ahead and install dotNet version 4 and see if that breaks it but as I don't really need dotNet 4, I'll leave that for another time.
