OK - I just uninstalled dotNet Frameworks 4 and 3.5 and now the vestris dll appears in the Code completion dropdown.  I've yet to see if it actually works, but even if it does, I expect a number of other applications, including applications under test, will not work without dotNet 3 or 4.
