I just needed to add this assembly to my project's CLR Bridge settings to access it. Try adding the assembly to your project not from desktop (use another directory on your HDD outside of any user profile directories) to exclude any possible security problems. Also, if this doesn't help, try rebuilding it from the source code (shipped inside the same archive).
