I've just added Vestris.VMWareLib.dll to my CLR Bridge settings, and I've got code completion info as shown on the attached screenshot.
On testcomplete2.jpg you posted, there's a line of code which addresses the Vestris_VMWareLib namespace - did you write this line without code completion or did you see Vestris_VMWareLib when you wrote it? What do you get if you execute this line?
Also, what version of .NET framework do you have on your machine? Vestris.VMWareLib.dll is built for .NET Framework 2.0, Any CPU.
