I've downloaded that already and also three other versions of the VIX API SDK:
VMware-vix-1.6.2-266898.exe
VMware-vix-1.10.1-266898.exe
VMware-vix-1.10.2-331862.exe
I still cannot find the required DLL on my system when I install those executables.
Can you try downloading it and seeing if that DLL even exists?
