using the same scripts on multiple applications with different region points

Hi, i have a project suite testing various functions of a program and verifying results using region and other checkpoints.



I now need to test a second program which can follow the same scripts but will have different results to the first program being tested.



Im therefore looking for a way to use the same scripts on both applications but check different region points depending on the application being run.  I don't want to copy the scripts into a new project as this means having to update two sets of scripts rather than one.



Whats the best way to proceed?
