Unexpected window handling is not working

Hi,



i've been trying to handle an error message window that appear from time to time by configuring the project-->properties-->playback-->On unexpected window.... to:


  1. press escape or

  2. click on focus control or

  3. press enter or

  4. send WM_CLOSE



well.... none of this options is working.

once the error window display TC is taking a screenshot of it and stop running.



any explanations?

    OK my mistake,it is working but the script stop running right after clicking the error message OK button why is that?

    You probably have a "Stop on Error" setting turned on, either on the test item or on the project level, so that as soon as an error is logged, it stops the scripts.
