Unable to update TextExecute 10.3 >> 10.4

Hello,



I'm in the process of updating TestExecute from 10.3 to 10.4.



I've downloaded and run the installer and it's currently hung during the "Validating Install" part of the installation.



Is there anything I can do to make it complete successfully.

    I was able to get the installer to come back to life by closing an errant TestExecute process in the task manager. This prompted the installer to show me a dialog with applications that needed to be closed for the installer to continue. I allowed it to close them automagically and the installation succeeded.
