Unable to navigate to specific rows using Xceed Datagrid in WPF Application

I am currently working with an WPF application containing an Exceed Datagrid control. I want to be able to navigate various rows. I have looked at the Test Complete example code demonstrate how to work with Xceed Grids for .NET using the Exceed Grid Live Explorer demo app (Win Form App). This example shows a way of finding a particular cell using the FindRow method. Currently to my knowledge there is no FindRow method for Test Complete while testing Xceed Grids for .NET under a WPF application.
