Unable to execute in Text Execute

When we try to run the test scripts in headless mode using test execute getting below error.

 

Failed to run tests in parallel. The version of the libraries used for parallel test runs is different from the TestComplete version.

    What version of TestComplete and TestExecute are you using? 32-bit or 64-bit?

     

    And have you met all of the requirements for TestComplete and TestExecute?
