Unable to Drag and Connect Two Blocks Using A Node

Hi,

 

We are experiencing difficulties in executing the action of dragging and connecting two blocks during the Record and Play.

 

Steps

1. Start Recording

2. Take two blocks on the screen

3. Click on one block and drag to the second block

4. Play the recorded Test

 

Expected: A node should get created and connect those two block when the test is played

 

Actual: Node is initiating from Block 1 but not getting connected to Block 2 when the test is played

 

NOTE: This issue is occurring only in my machine, while its working fine in my other teammates machine.

 

What can be done to avoid these type of situation?

    Ensure your environment is exactly the same, windows resolution, scaling, etc.

      Everything is same, but still the issue is persisting. Please let me know if any other alternative is available.

    What's the difference between your machine, and your colleagues machine?

      Machine is same. No difference

    Is this is desktop or web app? When you playback and watch it, what is it doing differently?

      Its Web app. 

      suppose there is two blocks on the screen that needs to be get connected wit each other. So, clicking on Block A and dragging(making a connecting line) to Block B and then leave the click. 

      While playing its clicking on Block A and dragging(making a connecting line) to Block B, But not leaving the click at block B I guess(Leaving the click at somewhere out of the block B). Hence, the blocks are not being able to connect with each other during PLAY.

       

      While this is working fine in another machine with all other settings and configurations same.

    Are you using the same browser? same browser version? browser scaling set to 100%?

     

    I'm assuming you have SmartBear Test Extension installed?
