unable to connect to the datasource

We have a data driven loop that is using a CSV File  that will get the message "unable to connect to the datasource"  on certian machines, but not on all machines.

 Any Idea  on what to look for?  on the machine that gets the error  you can double click data driven loop line in the value column and view the file.

    Are the CSV files on the problematic machines read-only? If they are, try working around the issue by removing the flag. Please let me know how it works for you.

    the file was not read only  but on the properties of the file  it  had the file is ready for archiving checked as well as the allow the file to be indexed.  i cleard those check boxes  and it worked again.  i am not sure why those would have an affect  but they seem to be working propery now
