The Microsoft Controls Support plug-in is a TestComplete plug-in. It allows TestComplete to work with Microsoft controls including main menus and context menus.
You already have this plug-in installed and enabled. It is listed in the Install Extensions dialog (the one on your latest screenshot).
Sorry for confusing you.
I only asked you to check whether this plug-in is installed and enabled in TestComplete, because menu actions in your tests are recognized as on-screen actions (this may happen if that plug-in is disabled).
Since the plug-in is enabled, that is not the case.
Could you please specify whether you use custom menu components in your tested application? What is the class name of your menu controls? Are they descendants of the System.Windows.Forms.ContextMenuStrip class or some other class?
