Hello Megha,
The "The Window is invisible and thus cannot be activated" error and the fact that the same object is highlighted in the Object Browser for two different menus are likely to be caused by ambiguous object recognition.
The mapping criteria specified for menus in your tested application do not allow TestComplete to select the menu explicitly.
Please open the Name Mapping editor and check the criteria specified for your menu objects. You can try to modify the criteria or add more criteria to avoid issues with object recognition. For information on how to modify name mapping criteria, please see the Modifying Mapping Criteria help topic.
By the way, as I can see it in your screenshots, menus in your tested application are recognized as windows. Do you have the Microsoft Controls Support plug-in installed and enabled in TestComplete? You can check it in the list in the File | Install Extensions dialog.
