Strange behavior of Test complete. I troubleshoot the same. And it is found that
For two different context menu in my aplication when we view it in Object Browser it points to same Object !.
In one of my previous step of the application there is one context menu. ( Find the attachment 1). From Keyword Test > Right click > Show in Object Browser.
Here it displayed the object and its image. ( Object1)
Now I right click on the my step where it failed to click the items of the context menu > Right click > Show in Object Browser.
Here it also displayed the same object i.e. ( Object1) even though both contect menus are different.
