Unable to activate floating license.

Followed steps from here: https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/licensing/key-based/activating/floating-user.html Even though I have a valid floating license , the activation attempt fail...

    I picked the wrong option to activate my license:

    I used 'Find a Floating User License' instead of 'Use a SmartBear ID-based license.

Get in contact with SmartBear and they will resolve it.
