Is there a way to delete tickets that are not relevant anymore? Thank you for your reply. Script runs fine as of now after I fixed one of the lines.
These aren't tickets... these are posts on a community forums, threads in a message board if you would. So, it's not necessarily "tickets" that you're opening. Like... I'm not a SmartBear employee, just another user who happens to know some stuff.
It would be helpful to know what you changed to make it work. This will help future users who come here looking for similar answers to find help.
