The Recording tool does not record a click on a link and I do not know why

I am trying to record an action that requires clicking on a link in the page. It recorded all the steps and all the link clicks up to that part, but that specific step it will not record and I am not...

      No. The link that I have provided, has a screenshot of the Object Spy tool. Which is different to what you have shown.
