The clients field in my webapp is a Kendo search/dropdown and Smartbear is not recognizing it.

TestComplete Version = 10.50.2702.7
Web Browser = Chrome version 34.0.1874.131.m
I have a webapp that I am testing that is using the Kendo search/dropdown functionality on every client field. I cannot get TestComplete to recognize Kendo function. It only views the field as a text field, not a search/dropdown field. If I put "Intel" in the field, when creating the script, TestComplete doesn't report any issues and records the automation correctly, or so it seems. When I attempt to run the automation it fails to find Intel and leaves the field blank as it continues to run the script.
