Text visualizer sometimes doesnt capture the screenshot when recording

Hi there,



Sometimes when i record my actions over my application, the screenshot doesnt appear on the left. Why is this so? I need to re-record the whole test again. Is there a way that i can get the screenshot on the text visualizer all the time?

    Hi Sudha,

     


    The Visualizer options can affect such behavior. Make sure that Collect Test Visualizer data during recording is set to Capture images only or Capture images and test object info. Also, you can activate the Collect Test Visualizer data during test run option. In this case, TestComplete will create images per operation when executing a test.
