TestExecute Update issue

We have set up the testexecute in VMs. I am trying to update the testExecute but everytime when I open the testexecute in VM I am getting the same message "An Update Found"   Not sure why this mess...

Does your vm shut down at the end of the day?  We have to take backups ("snapshots") of our vm if we make any changes and we need to keep those past the shutdown time, otherwise the vm reverts to the original setup.

    No VM do not get shut down . I just click on the menu "check for Updates" and after that it display the pop up as attached in previous message . After that I select the first option and then it show the pop up showing  the download process and install process and then this pop up close. and also TestExecute get closed.

     

    When I open the TestExecute then I get the same message again about the update
