TestCompleteService9 gets 99% of CPU

Hi all,



I am working with TestComplete9 with the license server in a virtualized computer and from time to time, TestCompleteService9.exe process gets 99% of CPU and it blocks this computer. It is needed to kill this process manually.



Could anybody help me to solve this issue?
