Smartbear gave me a version that worked for me and did not show the problem although the Smartbear Report Generator still shows some errors.
Nevertheless they told me that they expect to have a stable official release available around the second week of July, assuming everything goes as planned.
I testet the new official version 1583SLM and it seems the problem/error is solved.
I had this occur once today (in TC v15.83.1.7 x64) where the process had not been properly killed and caused a test to hang until I killed the process manually via Process Manager. Still, much improved over needing to kill numerous processes in 15.82, multiple times per day and closely watch the tests kicking off.
