we are facing the same issues. It is horrible with TestComplete 15.82.62.7 x64 (TestExecute the same). I cannot locate it, but it seems as it has to do with starting Chrome 149 / 150.
This code snippet worked for ~10+ years without problems. It is not really reproducible but we as well see lots of TestComplete Chrome Host processes.
I created a support ticket for this - let's see.
