I already raised a ticket about 10 days ago. I als got a testversion but we still have the problem.
Smartbear mentioned to install/use the report generator to get more information

Maybe someone can also try and we can then "restrict" the problem.
I am wondering why they will not be able to reproduce this issue as many users are facing this issue. still, they are asking for report to each user what exactly the SmartBear testing team will be doing then after every 2,3 build some or the other new bug is introduced in the software.
