TestComplete stopping window from loading

Hello,

               I'm new to testcomplete. The issue I'am facing is that when I run the test , it fails to find the window, but the moment it fails the window loads fine, I have increased the default timeout but nothing helps. It looks like it fails to load as long as the test is running, the moment it fails the window loads. Is there any workarounds for this.

    Try obtaining your window by using the way specified in the Using WaitNNN Methods section of the "Waiting for an Object, Process or Window Activation" help topic.
