Testcomplete launches some application by default

When Testcomplete is running in my system. after some time, calculator, setting and other few application are opened. This is happening only if the testcomplete is running. I am using Windows 10 ...

This is not the result of running Test Complete, but is a bug in Windows 10.

Update Windows 10 completely if you haven't done so already.
