Testcomplete is identifying objects when Outlook opened through Run as admin option

You have to run TestComplete using "Run as Administrator" as well. In your case, TestComplete has lower privileges than Outlook, but they should be the same or TestComplete should have higher privileges than tested application.

    Hi,

     

    Though i opened testcomplete "Run as admin" stills its not identifying objects.

      Hi,

       

      What if you add Outlook as a Tested Application into your test project, then start TestComplete as an administrator and launch Outlook using TestedApps functionality ?

      Does it help ?
