TestComplete integration with TeamCity
any body aware how to run testcomplete with Teamcity, any plugins i need to install?

As far as I know, there's no "native" integration with TeamCity. I haven't seen any plugins created as of to day for it either.
What, exactly, do you want to do with TestComplete in TeamCity? While there may not be a "plugin" or native functionality, TC does provide command lines for execution of tests (https://support.smartbear.com/testcomplete/docs/working-with/automating/command-line-and-exit-codes/command-line.html).
