Testcomplete integration with Borland Starteam?

I have been attempting to research how to integrate testcomplete with Borland Starteam source control system; however, the help content on this is not very helpful. It does not say...

TestComplete integrates only with the source control systems that support MS SCC API (http://www.automatedqa.com/support/viewarticle/11011/). Thus, you should look whether StarTeam supports this API or look for some third-party product that enables other products (e.g. TestComplete) to communicate with StarTeam via MS SC API.
