The folder "\Users\AppData\" is a windows system hidden/protected directory. You should be able to see it when you change the Folder Options - View tab.
The setting is under "Hidden files and folders" part of the advanced settings called "Show hidden files, folders, and drives" this setting may be disabled or hidden depending on the group or system rights that your Windows System Administrator has setup. But by default the right is viewable.
Either you can view it that way or type in the full path up to the file name and you should be able to navigate to that specific data dump directory.
