TestComplete doesn't be executed with Error Log.

Hi,

I had downloaded and installed TestComplete.

But when I execute, TestComplete doesn't be executed with error log.

Sometime it's work, but 50% doesn't be work.

The following is error log.

Please let me know why didn't work.

    What errors do you get when executing your test? Please post here the screenshots of them or the text you see in TestComplete’s Test Log (in the Additional Info tab).

      Hi Tanya,

      I just attached a file.

      The Error is displayed when executing  TestComplete first.

      In image, you can see the executing image of TestComplete behind popup.

        Thanks for the screenshot. Do I get it right that you see this error when starting TestComplete?

        Some investigation can be required here. Could you please contact our Support Team and provide them with the following information:

        1. Run the Report Generator tool located in <TestComplete>\Bin\ReportGenerator.exe.
        2. Select the "Launch/attach to TestComplete" option.
        3. Reproduce the problem by starting TestComplete.
        4. Click the "Generate..." button in the Report Generator tool and save the report to a local folder.
        5. Upload the report to our Support Team with the description of the issue (or send them the link to this discussion): http://support.smartbear.com/product-list/
