TestComplete Chrome extension not enabled and cannot be removed

I can't record tests because TC won't recognize the Chrome extension. The TC Chrome Extension is disabled and I can't Remove it as there is no remove button in Manage extensions. I recently upgrade...

See if any of the installing instructions here help at all. I would start with the TestComplete reinstall with Modify.
