What happens when you try to record?  Do you get error messages?  If so, what are they?  Do your previous tests still play back?  

 

You haven't given us enough details to really be able to help.

During the keyword test recording the "Java(TM) Web Launcher" message box appears  with message: "Java(TM) Web Launcher has stopped working. A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
Previous tests still play back normally.
