TestComplete 9 is not identifying the Objects of a Web Page

We are using Test Complete9 version in two machines having Internet Explorer 8.



In First machine we didn't observe any issue.But in Second machine, by using "Map Objects from screen" we are unable to highlight the objects on screen, it is identifying only the main page of the Browser.



Here I've attached a screen shot of the Object Browsers of those two machines. The First Object Browser is the correct behavior, where as the second is not.



Is there any settings option to recover this issue?

Please let me know as soon as possible...
