TestComplete 9.31 TFS Integration

I am looking into the possibility of TFS integration with TestComplete to help with issue reporting as part of my UI testing, the documents that I have seen state that Team Foundation Server 2008 is supported however my connection would be running the more recent 2012 edition. Providing I use the correct MSSCCI provider, is the link possible with the more recent version?
My other question is in relation to the template manager settings, when a project issue is raised within TFS is it the case that whatever text string is used in the template will be used for all issues raised from TestComplete within that project?
