TestComplete 8 and IE 9: handling two processes

DmitryN's reply is correct. IE's LCIE feature makes the browsers create several processes. You can disable having multiple processes by modifying a registry key, or you can try using TestComplete 9 where another mechanism for web testing is implemented.
