That was my thought exactly then I checked out a test while TestComplete was out of commission! I have looked at my source control and it was showing that my username has checked out that test for edit. This was done quite quickly.
Even opening the project is taking significanlty longer than it used to.
I have checked this on 3 different machines including virtual machines and a desktop.
On TFS note, I have draged and droped few items from windows explorer to source control explorer and it goes it like a charm and we are using the TFS for other projects with no problem.
