TestComplete 8.2 not responding when checking in/out to TFS

The problem may not be TC but might actually be a performance problem on the machine hosting TFS or on your network... at least, that's my current working theory.  As mentioned above, I'm not experience the problem using TFS 2010 and TC 8.5 on a Windows XP SP3 box speced out as above.
