Looks like TestComplete problem isn't with the OS, but with Internet Explorer 9.
I've installed it in here, and, until I uninstall, I wasn't capable of open TestComplete 7.52!
So, I really think the incompatibility of TestComplete 7.52 isn't with Windows 7 Service Pack 1, but with IE9.
