TestComplete 11.31 does NOT support recent CEF3 (CEFSharp 49) based application?

I was using TC11.11.1064 to automate one of our web applications based on CEF3 (CEFSharp, https://cefsharp.github.io/).

Recently we updated the CEF3 version to from CEFSharp 41 to CEFSharp 49 (CEF 3.2623.1396, Chromium 49.0.2623.110), and TC11.11 failed to work (unable to recognize the web elements/objects). However it still works on the environments that still run the old version of CEF3 (CEFSharp 41).

Then I updated my TC to 11.31.2420, but it still unable to recognize the application's elements with the new version of CEF3, and worse, it also failed to work on the applications based on the old version of CEF3.

To summarize: TC11.11 does not work on new CEF3, but works on the old one. TC11.31 does not on any.

I opened a case with SmartBear tech support more than a month ago (case #00180361, on June 22) with all the details. At the beginning they told me their developers were looking at it. But during the recent weeks they just don't reply my request on update.

Does anyone here have any clue on this issue?
