TestComplete 11.20.1491.7- Unable to identify Silverlight controls

I am unable to execute even the TestComplete sample apps. It is unable to identify the controls and merely stating ObjectDoesNotExist. Silverlight extension is installed. I tried processing the .xap file with tcAgPatcher utility too. That is also not working. Any suggestions???

I'm a bit confused.  You run the test and get in the log "Object does not exist".  Which means, somehow, you were able to create a test to interact with your silverlight application.  Which then begs: what's changed?

After you've patched the application, did you clear your browser cache?

This might be something to take up with the SmartBear support staff directly.

I executed the sample application provided by TestComplete. Script was written already. I just executed it.

    Hi,

If I'm correct, you created the support case (# 00246908). Let's continue working on the issue within the case.

Sure. But if you could speed up this solution, it would be helpful.I am stuck.
