TestComplete 10 keeps crashing

For some time now TestComplete has been crashing at random moments when executing test scripts written in VBS. Some of my test runs are extensive so it is quite frustrating when it crashes part way through.

 

Is this a known bug and will TC11 fix it?

    It’s hard to say why TestComplete crashes on your computer. This crash may be specific to your environment, and there won’t be a ready solution for you. I would recommend that you contact our TestComplete Support Team and investigate this crash.
