Hi Ravi,

 


Judging by the screenshot, the project suit is binding to a source control system. Try unbinding the control before opening the project in TestComplete 10.


 


As for scripts, both versions use the same script engines. Actually, when converting, TestComplete modifies only the project files, it doesn't change the script files or KDT tests.
