Test complete9 is getting hanged after recording a test

Hi, We are evaluating Test complete 9 for 2 weeks.When we stop the recording the application,test complete is getting hanged or its taking more time to process the recorded commands. Thanks ...

We have installed the test complete 9 in the windows 2008 R2 (virtual machine).
