Test Complete randomly hangs during test execution - need help

Hi there,

 

I have noticed very annoying problem. During execution my project suite, TestComplete randomly hang on executing keyword tests or scripts. Symptoms are like:

 

  1. Status bar of executed action is no progressing;
  2. Mouse cursor get lags and jumps at every manual action done by me (Something like poke TC to start working :));

Afterwards I can’t do anything else than reboot my computer. In crashed test log there is no information what really happened.

 

I set freeze time for application, general events, solutions on unexpected windows and I don’t know what I can do else.

 

I’m using TC 12.10.590.7 and Windows 10.
