Test complete is having intermittent issue while getting executed with Bamboo

Are you able to run the tests directly from TestComplete without using Bamboo?

    Yes, I am able to run through Test complete directly. Also, we were able to run using Bamboo and Zephyr Vortex to execute the test cases for the test complete. But it sometimes doesn't start with the CI pipeline.
